We roll down to the village to get bagels at Sonny's and picnic in the park - where we meet Nate. Things get off to a rocky start when the two compete over the same stick (evidently the only stick worth playing with in the whole park). Nate's Dad saves the day and breaks the stick in two. The friendship lasts all the way to the grocery store and is to be continued; turns out Nate is in the 3's at Zuzu's school.
