Only a 1/2 mile from the trailhead we found this lovely spot on the shores of Alder Lake. We were happy and comfortable despite the gentle rain and clouds. The Rindefjells showed us Swedish camping knives and we showed them American bear bags. Mark's early birthday presents to me - two traveling hammocks - provided hours of fun.
