Susannah and Schuyler fill their carts with medicine bound for Puerto Rico. Many of you know I always travel with ibuprofen, cough medicine and a thermometer "for luck." Can you imagine a kid with a fever, no way to tell how high and nothing you can do about it? An American kid!!!
