Some day I hope to spend more than 24 hours at a time in Italy. We wake up early to catch the train to Lucerne. Susannah notes the famous Excelsior Hotel from Cabin Pressure. We are, of course, at the Garibaldi. Lucky us, the fast train that goes under the alps was cancelled so we got the full view.
