Torrential rain and high winds are forecast for the day we fly to Arizona so we switch our civilized 11 am flight for 6 and end up with extra time in Phoenix to grab lunch at Barrio Queen. Susannah wishes to skip the attention of tableside gaucamole making. But that is not how this trip is going to work.
